If you are implying about your order, it must include the original name and email that matches the order in question. Emails that do not match will not be answered!

I double check and refund any excessive shipping charge from the automated system.

We do NOT keep credit card numbers on file. Because of this we can not add to your order or alter the amount charged to your credit card. If you need to make changes call and/or email us. Make sure you give us your telephone number! We can credit your account quickly after an email or phone message. Additions must be billed separately over the phone.

We no longer ship outside the USA. We have been stuck paying import taxes for customers, last thing I want to do in life is pay taxes to other governments.

This web site does not provide internet mechanics. We are unable to offer vehicle diagnose over the internet. Some problems require experts that can physically touch the vehicle to diagnose and repair it.
