Please don’t worry if tracking results are not available immediately, it may take time for their web site to update information.
UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. Some orders will be rejected without a valid street address.
I double check and refund any excessive shipping charges from the automated system.

We do NOT keep credit card numbers on file, because of this we can not add to your order or alter the amount charged to your credit card. Make sure you give us your telephone number if you need to change or cancel an order.

Orders over $175 will require a signature for delivery, please plan to:
A) Be available for delivery.
B) Pick up the package at your local UPS office.
C) Sign the form left on the first delivery attempt.

If you ordered an item listed as Backordered you are reserving one from the first shipment. We can not guarantee delivery dates on items backordered from our suppliers. We try to order bulk in advance to limit these backorder conditions. However our main supplier is Ford, who does not provide delivery dates. We will gladly refund your order if you are unable to wait for the backordered item.
